Booking & Reservations
You can book online through our booking page, call us at (469) 323-4433, or email [email protected]. We confirm all reservations within 30 minutes.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For weddings, proms, and large events, 2–4 weeks ahead is ideal. We do accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Yes. Modifications are welcome with at least 4 hours notice. Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.
For standard reservations, no deposit is required. For large events, weddings, and multi-vehicle bookings, a deposit may be requested to secure your reservation.
Pricing & Fees
Never. Your quoted rate is your final rate. All taxes, tolls, and gratuity are included in flat-rate quotes. There are no surprise charges on your invoice.
No. Our rates are consistent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including holidays and weekends.
Gratuity is included in all flat-rate airport transfers. For hourly charters, a standard 20% gratuity is added to the final invoice.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), cash, and corporate accounts. Payment is collected at the time of booking or upon completion of service.
Airport Transfers
Yes. We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust their arrival time accordingly — at no extra charge to you.
We provide a complimentary 60-minute wait time after your scheduled landing. After that, a nominal waiting fee applies. We never leave without you.
For DFW Airport, your chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area of your terminal with a name sign. For Love Field, we meet at the ground transportation area.
Yes. We provide transfers to and from both Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL), as well as McKinney National Airport.
Vehicles & Amenities
Our fleet includes Executive Sedans (Lincoln MKT), Black SUVs (Cadillac Escalade), Stretch Limousines, and Mercedes Sprinter Vans. All vehicles are late-model, meticulously maintained, and fully licensed.
Yes. All vehicles offer complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled water, and phone charging. Our SUVs and Sprinters also feature premium audio systems.
Our sedans seat up to 3 passengers, SUVs up to 6, stretch limos up to 10, and Sprinter vans up to 14. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles.
Yes. All Dallas Premier Car Service vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be applied for any violations.

Yes. We can arrange long-distance transfers to destinations outside the Metroplex, including Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and other Texas cities. Please call for a custom quote.
Yes. We operate 365 days a year, including all major holidays. Rates remain the same — no holiday surcharges.
